About Rainbow Community Places
Rainbow Community Places (RCP) is a non-profit, community-based agency committed to empowering 2SLGBTQIA+ people by building community in safe(r) spaces across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
We connect, support, and empower 2SLGBTQIA+ communities through engaging programs and experiences, such as Toby's Place for youth and Dorothy's Place for seniors.
Our Vision is to build a community where every 2SLGBTQIA+ person feels safe(r), supported, and can flourish. Our work is guided by our core value: Community, nourishment, Safety, Inclusivity, Integrity, and Empowerment.

Safety
RCP is a go-to safer space, where employees, volunteers and the Board have a zero-tolerance policy for harmful language or violence within our spaces.

The organization strives to ensure our board, staff and volunteers reflect the full diversity of our communities. This value also extends to program accessibility for all, including those with disabilities.
