We're proud to be back as an official charity partner of the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon and we're rallying our community to join us this season!

Every registration through our link puts $5 directly into Rainbow Community Places. Walk the 5K, run the Half or Full Marathon and there's a spot for you on our team! Race Day is October 17 & 18, 2026 in Toronto.

New this year: Bibs for Change — 500 special Full Marathon entries, each including a mandatory $198 donation to a charity partner like RCP.

Can't run? A donation still helps fund inclusive programs and community space right here in Scarborough.

Rainbow Community Places

Rainbow Community Places runs safe(r) space drop-in programming for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

 

Our two current programs are

Toby's Place (a free afterschool drop-in program for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and their allied friends, ages 13-20), and Dorothy's Place (a drop-in program for 2SLGBTQIA+ older adults, ages 55+, and their caregivers) serving lunch.
